Career Life is a 501c3 that is seeking to end the generational cycle of wealth inequality and declining personal wellness of underserved students. Focused through specific and targeted training, coaching and development programs; preparing them for the workforce in which to create sustainable neighborhood economies and result in better family living.

Keynote Engagement

Engagements that focus on serving and adding value

  • With 40% underemployed and averaging 7.4 months to find a job, the goal is for each participant to be employable, ready and secure full-time job opportunity within 3 months of graduation aligned with their career interest and commensurate salary plus benefits.

  • A unique plan based on their goals, early exposure to industry trends, and continuous learning on key skills at certain stages as they matriculate from college to career life. Each student will have a “net worth building” plan. The plan will help educate and set up a road map to avoid these pitfalls. Students will be able to survive during economic crises and emergencies while changing the negative financial trajectory for themselves and future generations.

  • A high-energy interactive experience that instantly empowers people to take ownership of their mindset, purpose, and performance role that they play in the counterculture of workforce and personal wellness inequalities in underrepresented communities.

The audience will leave with actionable steps to elevate themselves and a created sense of empowerment, realize deeper meaning, more fulfillment and success at work and home.

Program curricula are designed to engage and immerse students into career and industry; creating an experience that will allow students to gain exposure and maximize their ability to position themselves for internships and full-time employment. To meet the needs of our clients and constituents, we can both create and customize sessions.

We use a blended approach which includes unique training workshops and one-on-one professional coaching sessions facilitated in both in-person and virtual environments. Additionally, we ensure that participants gain early access for career & industry exploration and gain invaluable exposure to corporations and industry professionals.
